Holy Mary Cellars is home to Katgully Wines, and offers wine tastings within its relaxed cellar atmosphere, with the option to purchase packaged wine.
‘Holy Mary Cellars’ is dedicated to the owner, Helen Dundo's mother, Mary. Mary was from an Irish Catholic family that settled in Australia 120 years ago.
Holy Mary Cellars also offers tastings of beer and gin produced in the Swan Valley by Txoko Brewing and Sin Gin Distillery, which you can try with any food from our market stalls.

At our distillery, you can taste an extensive range of gins and liqueurs, take part in a cocktail-making class to elevate your home bartending skills, or - for the ultimate bragging rights - join our Make Your Own Gin Masterclass. In this hands-on experience, you’ll select your botanicals, distil your custom gin, and even bottle and label it to take home! Book your gin experience.
