Join us at Swan Settlers Market on Saturday, 20th September at 1 PM for the Bánh Mì Battle Royale, presented by Saigonese Streetfoods! 10 contestants, 2 rounds, and only the fastest bites make it to the finale. Entry is $10 with prizes up for grabs!
Rules: Adults 18+, traditional Bánh Mì only (may contain pork & chilli), no dunking, start on the bell, and must swallow everything before raising your hands to signal “done.” Judges’ decisions are final.

For just a small donation of $5 per treat, you can sample smoky, slow-cooked creations straight from the competition pits – ribs, chicken, brisket, pork, and more. Then, cast your vote and help crown the People’s Choice BBQ Champion!

This KCBS Ancillary Cocktail Contest is open to anyone aged 18 and over. It’s your chance to showcase your creativity and mixology skills using Sin Gin.
The entry fee is $60 per team. Entries will be judged on appearance, taste, and execution/creativity.
Each team will receive a 200 ml bottle of Sin Gin in their chosen flavour at the team meeting. If your cocktail requires additional alcohol flavours, you will need to provide them yourself.
