Dom proudly took part in 14 Variety Bash runs, raising an estimated $250,000 for Variety – the Children’s Charity WA.
Though we sadly lost Dom in December 2024, his spirit lives on through Giddy Up Car #13 — and now, we’re jumping in boots ‘n’ all to keep his legacy alive.

For just a small donation of $5 per treat, you can sample smoky, slow-cooked creations straight from the competition pits – ribs, chicken, brisket, pork and more. Then, cast your vote and help crown the People’s Choice BBQ Champion!
But get in quick – these treats don’t last long, and once they’re gone, they’re grill history! Please line up early so you don't miss out!

Are you ready to answer the sizzling call of smoked meats and take your place at the judging table of Smokin’ in the Valley – Winter Edition? If your love for low 'n slow BBQ is as strong as your craving for perfectly charred bites, then August 3rd is your time to shine!
As a KCBS-certified judge (or aspiring one!), you’re not just tasting — you’re setting the standard for BBQ excellence in WA.
Judging Registration:
Spots are limited! Register now to be part of Perth’s juiciest winter cook-off.
Admin Fee: $50 – This covers your official seat at the KCBS Masters table, BBQ judging kit, and all the glory that comes with it.
Smokin In The Valley Team Rego

You’re officially invited to throw your tongs in the ring at Smokin’ in the Valley – WA’s tastiest showdown, sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS).
Whether you're a seasoned smoker or a backyard boss, this is where the best pitmasters come to meat their match.
Team Fee: $300 - Each team gets a 6x4m site (self-contained setup encouraged – BYO generator if possible).
Prize Pool: Grand Champion: $1000
Reserve Grand Champion: $500
1st in each category: $350
2nd in each category: $150
3rd in each category: Trophy (plus major bragging rights)

This KCBS double-blind judged ancillary contest is your chance to whip, bake, torch, and drizzle your way to dessert domination. Whether it’s a show-stopping pie, a decadent cake, or a silky crème brûlée – anything goes in this open dessert showdown!
