Smokin' Chilli Fair

Join us Saturday 25 & Sunday 26 April for a full weekend where low ‘n slow BBQ meets bold chilli heat. Our function room will be packed with fiery stallholders serving up chilli sauces, spicy creations, and heat-packed products - all alongside the mouth-watering atmosphere of Perth’s favourite BBQ weekend.
Expect the smell of hickory in the air, flames on the grill, and that unmistakable BBQ energy filling the market all weekend long.

Join us for a full weekend as top BBQ teams go head-to-head in a KCBS-sanctioned competition, battling it out for the title of Swan Valley’s Best BBQ Comp. This is your chance to witness the skill, the fire, and the passion as the best of the best compete for BBQ glory.
Expect incredible smoky aromas, serious competition, and an unbeatable atmosphere.
In place of Tips for Treats this time, we’re firing things up with guest pitmaster Uncle Diesel’s Smoke n Grill - Central Texas–inspired, wood-fired BBQ specialists serving authentic American-style smoked meats, with a range of mouth-watering menu options you won’t want to miss.
Plus, the Smokin’ Chilli Fair is on the same weekend!
Smokin' in the Valley - JUDGES WANTED

This is a KCBS-sanctioned competition, which means you’ll be judging to international standards and helping crown the best BBQ team of the weekend. From perfectly cooked chicken to mouth-watering brisket, your taste buds are in for an unforgettable experience.
