This is your chance to showcase your culinary prowess, pit your skills against the best, and vie for the coveted KCBS trophies and amazing prizes that await the champions. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a backyard BBQ aficionado, this competition promises excitement, camaraderie, and mouth-watering BBQ delights.

KCBS Sanctioned Event: Our competition is officially sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society, ensuring the highest standards of judging and fairness.

Plus by signing up you and your mates, wife, and kids will be vying for KCBS International Grand Champion honours; being KCBS sanctioned, this win could see your team traveling to Kansas City to compete with "World" BBQ Champions at the American Royal, and go into the draw for the Jack Daniel's Invitational, two of the largest BBQ competitions in the World!

By choosing to compete at our Smokin' Charity BBQ Competition Events, we can all continue to help spread the love, flavours, and knowledge of American Low N Slow BBQ. Plus, through your efforts in sharing in our Smokin' "Tips for Treats" campaign, we together raise much-needed funds in #keepingthephonelinesopen for Lifeline WA, and all those in need of an ear.
Team Competition Information
Please note you will need to be self-contained in a maximum 6x4 area provided, we encourage the use of your own or shared generators as there will be minimal power. Top-up facilities for your water containers will be available.
Set up will be from 7:00 am Saturday 4th November (Friday afternoon by prior arrangement). Event times will be Saturday & Sunday from 10 am until 5 pm (team presentations at 3:30 pm).
The Smokin’ proteins to be presented on the day:
Chicken: turned in at 12 pm
Pork Ribs: turned in at 12:30 pm
Pork: Turn in at 1 pm
Brisket: Turn in at 1:30 pm
Team Tips for Treats: 2:00 pm
Team Presentations: 3:30 pm
Registration is $300 and as part of our charity support, all teams must participate in a minimum of 50 Tips for Treats.
Take out the prize of Grand Champion Smokin' BBQ Masters in the Valley, not only will bragging rights be yours, but you'll take home $1000!!
Further Category prize money alongside the all-important trophy for the pool room are:
1st Place in each Category - $350
2nd Place in each Category - $150
3rd Place in each Category - Trophy
Reserve Grand Champion - $500
